Red Flag Warnings for Norwood Area June 23rd and 24th

SMC Alerts:

(Monday, June 23rd, 2025) Red Flag Warnings are in effect across the Western Slope today and tomorrow, including Norwood and the middle part of San Miguel County, for high temperatures, low humidity, dry fuels, and gusty winds. These conditions will allow fires to catch and spread quickly. Please be extremely cautious with any sources of flame. Open burning is prohibited in unincorporated areas of San Miguel County under red flag warnings per county ordinance.
