Dr. Alex Kim Foundation will like to invite you to their “Caring for Our Community, One Vision at a Time” Health Fair on:

 March 28
 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
 5121 W Ocotillo Rd, Glendale, AZ 85301

This is a completely FREE community health fair, and services include:

• Healthy Eye Screenings
• Diabetic Screenings (Glucose, Foot & Vein Checks)
• Free Eye Exam for qualified low-income individuals
• Free Glasses Giveaway (while supplies last – glasses dispensed at a later date)
• Free Food & Drinks for attendees

All services are provided on a first come, first served basis, so arriving early is encouraged.
