Dear SOAR Families,

We regret to inform you that we are facing unforeseen heating issues in the building. As a result, we have no choice but to cancel school for today, Thursday, November 7, 2024.

The safety and well-being of our students and staff are our top priorities, and we cannot compromise on heating conditions during these cold temperatures. We kindly ask that you pick up your children as soon as possible. All after school activities are cancelled including Rocky Mountain Kids, Enrichment Activities and Parent Teacher Conferences. Information will follow in the near future for rescheduling conferences.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely apologize for the short notice. Our maintenance team is actively working to address the issue, and we will send another email soon with further details and next steps regarding parent-teacher conferences.
