SOAR Families! 

Great News! SOAR is partnering with Denver Public Schools Medicaid Enrollment Team! Sign up today for one of four available time slots to receive enrollement support in Health First Medicaid (Medicaid), CHP+, or SNAP food Assistance at SOAR! 
 
We have four slots available on Tuesday 12/17/2024 between 9:00am-1:00pm. 
Meeting will be held at SOAR. Paperwork/information needed for appointment can be found at the link below.

Medicaid - Outreach & Enrollment Support

Denver Public Schools’ Medicaid Department helps families apply for free or low-cost health insurance, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+ and SNAP food assistance. We offer one-on-one appointments at any DPS school site. Additionally, we assist families with re-enrollment and utilizing their benefits.
