Dear SOAR Families,

We hope you had a wonderful winter break! This is a friendly reminder that our Late Pick-Up Policy is now in effect, starting today, January 7, 2025.

 Policy Guidelines:

• Late Pick-Up Definition: Students not picked up by 3:00 PM will be considered late.

• Three Strikes Rule:  After three late pick-ups, the following steps will be taken:

• • Your child will be assigned to a bus route based on the address we have on file.
  • If transportation is not available, your child will need to be registered in the after-school program.

• After-School Program Enforcement:
  • Students not picked up by 3:00 PM will be taken to the after-school program.
  • You will be charged the standard daily fee for the program, plus an additional $35 drop-off fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we encourage all families to plan accordingly to avoid late pick-ups. This policy is in place to prioritize the safety of our students and respect the time of our staff.
