Family Learning Series

 

What: 

The Calm and Kind family training series is a free four week in-person interactive workshop to learn practical tools for taking care of yourself as a caregiver, strategies for emotional regulation across all ages and promoting positive mental health.

Series will be led by school social worker, Megan Beltran

Thursday, February 20th, 2025 5:00-6:30pm 

Thursday, February 27th, 2025 5:00-6:30pm 

Where: SOAR Elementary School: Main lobby

What’s included:

• Free take away resources and connection with other SOAR families during 4 weekly sessions
