Dear SOAR Families,

If your child requires an inhaler, EpiPen, or any other medication during the school day, please remember to submit updated doctor’s forms and new medication for the 2025–2026 school year as soon as possible.

Please note: Forms from the previous school year do not carry over. New documentation is required annually to ensure we can safely support your child’s health needs.
